Tea Sommelier Academiy Seminar from September 5th 2011

来る2011年9月5日から10日間”ティーソムリエ・アカデミー集中講座”が、スリランカ、コロンボで開講されます。参加者にもよりますが講義は英語での予定。
紅茶の産地だからこそ可能なティーテイスティングを主体にし、ティーソムリエ・アカデミーだからこそできる、紅茶の現場（スリランカティーボード、コロンボ　ティ－オークション、ティーブローカー、紅茶輸出業者パッキング工場など）を視察して、それらのティーテイスティングルームで、実際にティーテイスティングを学びます。また、紅茶の源流、紅茶園・工場を2泊3日課をかけて、最も工場が活気づく早朝に見学します。このコースを順調に終了されれば、修了証が発行されます。

Tea Sommelier Academy 10 days Seminar will be held in Colombo Sri Lanka.
We will mainly get instructions of tea tasting, and visit valuable place for tea trader, they are  Sri Lanka Tea Board, Colombo Tea Auction, some Tea Brokers and Tea exporting trader.
And also we have a plan of  two night and three days of educational tea estate tour.
You should  get up around 4:00 am to see the main operation at tea the factory.

紅茶に関する実践的な本が出版されつつあります。
ティーソムリエ・アカデミー主宰　粂川　尚『シンプル　紅茶学講座』が、
近々、ヴィジタ　ヤ―パ出版（スリランカ　コロンボ）からリリースされます。３０年間以上のスリランカとの交易の実績と、長年スリランカに在住し、紅茶のテイスティングを経験している著者。

Tea book, "Ceylon Tea Trade & Pre-history " by Nao Kumekawa, will be release from Visitha Yapa Pubulishing, Colombo, Sri Lanka. The auther has valuable experience of trade with Sri Lanka, and he has been in Colombo during many years to do tea tasting. And he is a very rare forieng teataster in Sri Lanka.
